Mermaid Cake

I had fun making Emmy's mermaid cake.  But 5.5 hours later, it really tested my patience.

It started with dying fondant into 8 different shades of blue (this was the most challenging part) and lots and lots and lots of dots!

Then added layer upon layer.

All done!  And Emmy loved it!
