She is Four!

Happy 4th birthday, Emmy!  How can you possibly be four years old?

First, some presents at home from the grandparents, Mom, Dad, and Reese.

Then, she had so much fun at her mermaid party!

Mermaid Cake

I had fun making Emmy's mermaid cake.  But 5.5 hours later, it really tested my patience.

It started with dying fondant into 8 different shades of blue (this was the most challenging part) and lots and lots and lots of dots!

Then added layer upon layer.

All done!  And Emmy loved it!

Cat Paws

This weekend, we tested 18 cats for Reese's science project -- "Are Cats Right-Pawed or Left-Pawed".  Results to come...
