4 Hour Doctor Trip

The cold Reese and I have had for almost 2 weeks is just not getting better.  I think it's actually getting worse for Reese who now has a sore throat and a nasty cough.  So, we returned to the doctor, and actually saw our real Dr. Bryan who is a million times better than the urgent care doctors we have seen.  There, we discovered Reese has a double ear infection (it's especially bad in her left ear) so she is able to get on some antibiotics.  We're hoping this will help clear everything up quickly... and by quickly I'm unrealistically hoping for tomorrow.

On our way out, Emmy stopped to play the "drums" and entertain the people around her.  She has been such a trooper as we've been giving Reese lots of extra attention while she's sick.  And Emmy, somehow, has remained healthy.

Guess we shouldn't have made this stop because on the way to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy called to tell us they are closing in 2 minutes.  So, we had to transfer the prescription to the Maple Grove pharmacy (which was open until 9pm).  On the way to Maple Grove we were completely in stopped traffic due to road construction.  Not exactly a smooth night, and our "quick" trip to the doctor ended up taking us 4 hours.
