Good or Bad Parent

Emmy was in the bathroom for a long time, so I knew something was up.  I'm trying to give her more independence, so I simply asked her, "Everything ok in there, Emmy?"  Of course she responded, "Yep, I'm ok, Mom."  After awhile I walked into the bathroom and found her doing this...

Not sure if I was a good parent or bad parent because I simply told her, "It's ok to squirt the wall as long as you wipe it up with the towel when you're done." .And I'll be sure to hide the squirt bottle in the future.
