Tae Bo
I introduced the girls to some old school Tae Bo today. It brought me back to my days in the Vanaheim in college when 11 of us girls would do Tae Bo in our living room.
The girls did great.... at first. Then Emmy said, "Ohhhhh! I'm so sweaty!" and lay down on the floor. Reese hung in there a little bit longer making comments like "Mom, you are so good at this" which built up my ego.
